Greater Kansas City/Jackson County MO/Wyandotte County KS CoC
​The Kansas City/Jackson County/Wyandotte County Continuum of Care (CoC) is coordinated by the Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness (GKCCEH) whose mission is to bring together organizations and individuals dedicated to creating opportunities for compassionate community responses to homelessness.

Joplin/Jasper/Newton Counties CoC
​The Homeless Coalition's mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals in the Jasper/Newton Region impacted by all aspects of homelessness through community education and coordinating of community services.

Springfield/Greene/Christian/Webster Counties CoC
Community Partnership of the Ozarks has facilitated the local Continuum of Care (CoC) program since 1995 when the US Department of Housing and Urban Development established the program nationally in an effort to coordinate housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals.

St. Charles/Lincoln/Warren Counties CoC
We collect information about the extent of homelessness in our community, inventory shelter and other homeless resources and identify gaps in services for the homeless. Coalition members work closely together to make efficient use of existing resources as well as to develop new homeless resources for the community.

St. Joseph/Andrew/Buchanan/DeKalb Counties CoC
​​St. Joseph CoC encompasses three counties in northwest Missouri: Andrew, Buchanan and DeKalb. The lead agency is Interserv.

St. Louis City CoC
The City of St. Louis Continuum of Care for Ending Homelessness is a broad based partnership to prevent people within the community from becoming homeless and to find ways to end homelessness in the St. Louis area. More than 60 organizations and individuals committed to this goal make up the body of the CoC.

St. Louis County CoC
The Saint Louis County Continuum of Care works in close coordination with the Saint Louis County Department of Human Services and seeks to prevent, reduce, and end homelessness through the effective planning and coordination of a community-wide response to homelessness that includes a full array of prevention resources; supportive services; and emergency, transitional, and permanent housing options.
